Office lease price is flat and covers:

The office lease price does not include phone/internet connection and furniture.
Additional parking space is available for rent – price is 50 € / spot / monthly + VAT.
Lease contracts are not time limited nor do they have minimum duration. Contract termination by the renter is possible at any point in time with cancellation notice of at least 30 days (the office space is cancelled with the last day of the month after the month in which the lease has been cancelled, for example, if the lease termination is dated 15.05., contract is valid until 30.06.)
Inside the Sky Office underground garage there’s a public garage with the price of parking for 7 kn / h, managed by company Best in parking d.o.o.. All of the renters have the possibility to validate parking for their guests and pay the total parking cost at the end of the month via an issued invoice.
